    Biography

    Dr. Clarice Santos is a Senior Lecturer in Transdisciplinary Practice, Leadership, and Workforce Management at Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV London, UK. She has previously held various academic and industry roles in the UK, Brazil, Australia, and the United States. Her extensive industry experience includes managerial roles in global organizations across diverse sectors, including AT&T, Procter & Gamble, Walmart, and Tyson Foods.

    Dr. Santos' research interests span a broad range of topics, with a particular focus on gender issues, diversity, and equality in the workplace and beyond. She serves as an Associate Editor of the Community, Work & Family journal, is a member of the UNESCO Futures Chair at the University of Lincoln, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and a former Fulbright Scholar. 

    Currently, Dr. Clarice Santos is Co-Director of the Professional Doctorate in Transdisciplinary Practice and the institutional lead for the British Academy Early Career Researcher Network at Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV University.
