Biography

Dr Nattacia  Dabescki is a Lecturer in Business Management in the Department of Strategy,  Leadership and Operations at Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV University. She teaches across  undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, including the MBA.

She brings  over a decade of experience in higher education, having previously taught at  Brunel University London, the University of Derby, and Bath Spa University.  Prior to her academic career, she gained professional experience in project  management and civil service policy work, which continues to inform her  practice-oriented and applied approach to teaching.

Dr Dabescki  completed her PhD at Brunel University London in 2018. Her doctoral research  examined the speed of internationalisation of multinational enterprises. Her   current research interests lie at the intersection of international business  strategy, innovation, and sustainability.

Her academic  practice spans teaching, curriculum development, and student supervision,  alongside experience in programme leadership and quality enhancement. She  iscommitted to delivering inclusive, practice-oriented teaching that supports   diverse student cohorts and enhances engagement, progression, and  employability.
