Biography

Dr Nattacia聽 Dabescki is a Lecturer in Business Management in the Department of Strategy,聽 Leadership and Operations at 麻豆传媒AV University. She teaches across聽 undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, including the MBA.

She brings聽 over a decade of experience in higher education, having previously taught at聽 Brunel University London, the University of Derby, and Bath Spa University.聽 Prior to her academic career, she gained professional experience in project聽 management and civil service policy work, which continues to inform her聽 practice-oriented and applied approach to teaching.

Dr Dabescki聽 completed her PhD at Brunel University London in 2018. Her doctoral research聽 examined the speed of internationalisation of multinational enterprises. Her聽 聽current research interests lie at the intersection of international business聽 strategy, innovation, and sustainability.

Her academic聽 practice spans teaching, curriculum development, and student supervision,聽 alongside experience in programme leadership and quality enhancement. She聽 iscommitted to delivering inclusive, practice-oriented teaching that supports聽 聽diverse student cohorts and enhances engagement, progression, and聽 employability.
